These By-Laws, together with the Havelock Girls Softball League Local League Rules, shall govern the organization, administration, and operation of the Havelock Girls Softball League. These governing documents shall apply to and be binding upon all Officers and Members of the Board of Directors, Managers, Coaches, Players, Parents or Legal Guardians, Volunteers, Umpires, League Members (regular and special), and any other individual while participating in or attending any Havelock Girls Softball League-sponsored activity, event, practice, or game. HGSL-sanctioned activity, event, practice, meeting, or game, whether conducted on or off HGSL facilities.
